Status Code and their Meanings:

UNDER REVIEW : Your application is currently under review. We will process it within the next 24-72 hours. Please check back in 24-72 hours for an update.

SELECTED : Congratulations, your application has been selected and is now CONFIRMED. Please ensure you pay the required FEE by the deadline, which has been communicated to you via email and SMS to your registered contacts. We will send reminders and notifications for your convenience. Be aware that failure to deposit the fee by the specified date will result in the cancellation of your application, and your seat will be allocated to the next candidate on the waiting list.

Waiting List : Your application is currently on the waiting list. Confirmation may occur after 24 hours, subject to factors such as your geographic location, the details provided during registration, and seat availability for the workshop. Please check for updates after 12-24 hours. Any changes in your application status will be communicated via email and SMS to your registered email and mobile number.

Rejeted : Your application is rejetced for the program

CANCELLED : Your application is cancelled due to non payment

Awaiting Gatepass : Congratulations, your application has been selected and CONFIRMED, along with the confirmation of your payment for the workshop. You are now awaiting the issuance of your GATE-PASS. We will issue the GATE-PASS via SMS/EMAIL before 3 days of the event date, Now you can plan your journey. The GATE-PASS, a one to two-page PDF document, will be available for download on the registration/login portal after logging into your account. It includes essential details such as registration, payment confirmation, the Room Number/Exact venue of the event/workshop within the Campus, Terms & Conditions, and Important Guidelines.

Gate-Pass Issued : Congratulations! Your gate pass has been issued. Please download and review it carefully. Remember to bring either a soft copy or hard copy with you.

Certificate Issued : Congratulations! Your certificate has been issued. Please download your certificate.

Awaiting Zoom/Google Meet Link : Congratulations, your application has been selected and CONFIRMED, along with the confirmation of your payment for the workshop. You are now awaiting the Online Mode Zoom/Google Meet Link. We will issue the Zoom/Google Meet Link via SMS/EMAIL before 10-12 Hour of the event date.
